Who this is from

Stackly is an independent game for iPhone. In this policy, "we" means the developer of Stackly, and "the game" means the Stackly app.

Information we collect

None. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell or share any personal information whatsoever. Specifically, the game does not:

• ask you to create an account or sign in;
• ask for your name, email address, phone number or location;
• contain any analytics, tracking or crash-reporting service;
• contain any advertising;
• read your contacts, photos, microphone or camera;
• use the advertising identifier (IDFA) or ask for tracking permission.

What is stored on your device

The game saves a few values in the app's own storage on your iPhone, using the standard iOS preferences system. These never leave your device and we have no way of reading them:

• your best score;
• your sound, volume, vibration, shadow and difficulty settings;
• a record of which achievements you have already earned.

Deleting the app removes all of it. There is nothing to request, export or erase from us, because we never had it.

Game Center

If you choose to use Game Center, Apple's own gaming service, the game sends your score and earned achievements to Apple so they can appear on the leaderboard. This is entirely optional: declining the Game Center sign-in prompt costs you nothing but the leaderboard, and the game plays identically.

That information is handled by Apple, not by us. We never receive your name, your Apple ID, or any other personal information from Game Center. Apple's handling of it is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Children

Stackly is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, children included. Because nothing is collected, there is nothing that could identify a child or anyone else.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the game does something different — for example if advertising is added — this page will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top will change. The policy that applies to you is the one covering the version of the game you have installed.

• تقرأ جهات اتصالك أو صورك أو الميكروفون أو الكاميرا؛

ما يُحفظ على جهازك

تحفظ اللعبة بضع قيم داخل مساحة التطبيق على آيفونك عبر نظام التفضيلات القياسي في iOS. هذه القيم لا تغادر جهازك ولا سبيل لدينا للاطّلاع عليها:

• أعلى نتيجة لك؛
• إعدادات الصوت ومستواه والاهتزاز والظلال والصعوبة؛
• سجلّ الإنجازات التي حقّقتها.

حذف التطبيق يمحو ذلك كله. ولا يوجد لدينا ما تطلب الاطّلاع عليه أو حذفه، لأننا لم نحصل عليه أصلًا.

Game Center

إن اخترت استخدام Game Center، وهي خدمة الألعاب الخاصة بـ Apple، ترسل اللعبة نتيجتك وإنجازاتك إلى Apple لتظهر في لوحة الصدارة. وهذا اختياري تمامًا: رفض تسجيل الدخول لا يكلّفك سوى لوحة الصدارة، واللعبة تعمل كما هي.

تلك المعلومات تديرها Apple لا نحن. ولا نتلقّى اسمك ولا معرّف Apple الخاص بك ولا أي معلومات شخصية أخرى من Game Center. وتحكم تعاملَ Apple معها سياسة خصوصية Apple.

الأطفال

Stackly مناسبة لجميع الأعمار ولا تجمع بيانات من أحد، بمن فيهم الأطفال. ولأن شيئًا لا يُجمع، فلا يوجد ما يمكن أن يعرّف بطفل أو بغيره.

تغييرات على هذه السياسة

إن فعل إصدار مستقبلي من اللعبة شيئًا مختلفًا — كإضافة الإعلانات مثلًا — فستُحدَّث هذه الصفحة قبل إطلاق ذلك الإصدار، وسيتغيّر التاريخ في الأعلى. والسياسة التي تنطبق عليك هي التي تغطّي الإصدار المثبَّت لديك.
